In order to strengthen their Group Finance team in Belgium (Zaventem), we are currently looking for a (m/f) :



  Scope :

Based in Zaventem and reporting directly to the Group Controller, you are in charge of the management and statutory consolidation in compliance with IFRS, as well as of the management and external reporting on due time, within a changing environment (today about 30 entities - 400M € - acquisitions processes and integrations worldwide).



  • Management and statutory consolidation in compliance with IFRS (monthly - quarterly and year-end closings)
  • Management and financial reporting
  • Continuous contacts and interactions with legal entities to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Maintenance and management of the consolidation software
  • Update of the Group Accounting Manual
  • Participation in ad-hoc projects such as due diligences, mergers and acquisitions, integrations, ...
  • Being the contact person with auditors, external accounting firms, tax consultants, for consolidation matters
  • Coordination with support team



  • You hold a Master Degree in Finance or Business with a thorough knowledge in statutory consolidation (ideally in an industrial and international environment)

  • You have at least 10 years of relevant experience in a related function.

  • Statutory consolidation expertise and experience with IFRS is a must.
  • Autonomy, persistence, good communication skills are high-favoured qualities.
  • You are fluent in English (other languages are an asset).
  • An experience with Sigma and/or Mona systems is a strong asset.
  • You have a real hands-on experience with MS office tools (mainly excel), some experience with SAP is a plus.
