To reinforce their Belgian team and sustain their current growth, we are looking for  (m/f):


Sales Manager - Belux




He / she will report directly to the Management of the company and will take care of the following tasks:


  • Will supervise and motivate a team of 3 Account Managers;
  • Will actively participate in the creation of new opportunities for Sigma Conso products and services;
  • Will be responsible for the growth of the company’s current customer base and the continuous follow up of customers' needs;
  • Will sell solutions to the CFO of large and medium size organizations;
  • Will maintain regular and close contact with the current customers and increase the revenue with these customers;
  • Will extend Sigma Conso partners community;
  • Will acquire a good knowledge of the software applications of Sigma Conso.





  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in solution selling;
  • You have proven experience in B to B sales;
  • Hunting / prospection minded with abilities to manage a sales team;
  • Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English is required;
  • University degree;
  • Good communication skills and professional appearance;
  • Autonomous, creative, well-organized, ambitious and stress resistant;
  • Knowledge of financial applications or experience in the financial or management consulting areas is an asset;
