Our client is an international rubber manufacturer specialised in Roofing and Lining systems for a wide variety of industrial, commercial and residential applications.
To strengthen their sales team, we are currently looking for a (m/f):
Customer sales representative
As a customer service representative, you will be the single point of contact our customers. You will receive customer orders and fulfil them to promise. You will enter those orders in SAP.
Job description:
- Coordinate customer payment conditions and receivables with Credit Control;
- Ensure that any special customer requirements (delivery upon appointment, kooiaap, specific unloading procedures…) are met in a effective way;
- Coordinate order fulfilment with our outsourced warehouse located in Moerdijk, NL or our factory located in Heinsberg, DE;
- Book transport, tracking delivery progress as needed;
- Liaise with relevant external third-parties (LSP, carriers, shipping lines …);
Your profile:
- Attention to detail and quality driven (does it right the first time);
- “CAN DO” attitude and problem solver;
- Stress resistant – Able to perform under pressure to meet deadlines;
- Strong communication skills and proper language skills – verbal and written – (English, French, Dutch and German required, any other is an asset)
